The lobby was awesome. The young lady who worked the lobby on five December 2024 at 4 PM or later. She was awesome. The room smelled very stale. The throw rugs needs to be washed. The shower gave me great ideas for my own bathroom. I absolutely love the view. I just rest. My room smelled a little better than it did. While I was in the Navy, I did health inspection if I walk into the area, especially a berthing area and smelled what I smelt in my hotel room I would’ve failed the berthing area. We cleaned it up. It may do with what we had.

The Aloft Ocean City is the best place to stay when traveling with our dogs. Dogs are welcome throughout the property. The hotel is located on the bay side with beautiful views of the bay. Our experience with staff has always been excellent; they are welcoming, ready to answer questions, make recommendations, and accommodate us. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The Wxyz Lounge has great staff! One of our favorite places to visit during the off season when the beach is dog friendly.

Our family had a great stay at the Aloft Hotel during our son's baseball tournament. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was professional and friendly. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and game room, while us adults appreciated the lively atmosphere from live music in the lobby. The drinks and bartender received positive mentions as well. Overall, we would definitely recommend the hotel and stay there again.
