Flagship Premium Cinemas

Flagship is hands down the best movie theater I’ve ever been to. They were a source of joy for our family during the pandemic and went above and beyond to accommodate our children’s birthday parties. We love the comfortable seating, the rewards program, and the overall experience every time we visit.

The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Neil, who was exceptionally patient and kind, making an already great experience even better. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here.

We’ve made so many wonderful memories at Flagship over the years and look forward to many more. Highly recommend!

So kind and accommodating. I was in a wheelchair-we had a wonderful conversation while we bought our popcorn and concessions and tickets and the manager just went above and beyond, which is so friendly and we hit it right off and he even came in to check that my seating went well for the handicap section and when he was there, I offered me some more popcorn and when I went out to LEAVE, he and his ASSISTANT that day we’re just so friendly and invited us back and we might just do that next week. This is an amazing movie theater with very comfortable seats. The manager even said come back soon !!

First, we ordeed tickets online, intentionally picked the back and when we got there the seating was flipped and we ended up in the front. We were told that the icee machine would be 20 minutes...20 minutes later they are messing with it and ignoring that we've been standing there waiting. When I finally got someone's attention, they were extremely rude.
