The line was long, but went by quickly. We sat at the bar for about 15 minutes before a table was ready. We were lucky to get a table on the bay with an amazing sunset view!
I really enjoyed my crab cake dinner, and my fiance's lobster Mac and cheese was AMAZING!

Hey everyone! I wanted to share my recent experience at Mackys' Bayside Bar and Grill. It's definitely a spot to check out, especially if you're looking to hang out with friends and enjoy some drinks. My family and I went there in the evening, and let me tell you, the vibe is more like a nightclub than a restaurant. The atmosphere was lively and fun.
The waitress we had was super friendly and welcoming, which added to the experience. The place has a diving theme, and you get to see the ocean, which creates a nice, beachy feel. We chose to sit outside in the fresh air, and it was really a lovely experience.
However, when it came to the food, I have to say I was a bit disappointed. The flavor was lacking—everything was quite bland, and the meat didn't have any salt. Additionally, the portion for the shrimp was really small, and honestly, the prices didn’t match the taste or the size of the servings.
I would definitely return to enjoy the bar scene, but I wouldn’t recommend going there for a meal. Just wanted to give you all a heads-up if you plan to visit!

Nice seafood restaurant on the Bay. Beautiful views of the water and sunset. Outdoor dining looked nice but too windy for us. We ordered the BLT Crab Sandwich and it was the best crab cake I have ever had. It was big enough for two people. Our waitress was very nice and helped us order our meal our way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
