In Philadelphia, when it comes to cold-cut based sandwiches, there aren't any “submarines.” A “hero” is best described as someone who puts their life on the line for the safety of others, such as the firemen, policemen and our military. A “zeppelin” is something that occasionally floats over a big sporting event. The truth is, to real Philadelphians; it's long been known as a hoagie. According to popular belief, the hoagie originated in Philadelphia many years ago. It has been produced in many varieties and styles, and has long been one of the most popular food items in the Delaware Valley. Although you can find hoagies being made on just about every other street corner in South Philadelphia, we at Primo have kicked it up a notch, and we're bringing that excellence to Ocean City.

Stopped in and ordered a few subs to try. Got the Old Italian, the Audie, the Big T diablo, and the Sharp Italian. They were all good. The bread was the right kind too!

Top 3 best I ever had. In CT we take deli sandwiches very seriously & this one was fantastic. Love the sesame bread & the meats & cheeses were very fresh. I noticed some reviews complaining about price but this place is in line with Jersey Mike's pricing while delivering a much better product. Nothing like a cold sandwich on the beach. I'll be back later in the week for a cheesesteak or meatball. If you have insight on which is better I'd love to hear it!
Side note, it's attached to what looks like a fun bar to grab a drink or two.
Thank you!

We ordered 2 Philly Cheese steak Primo subs from their website, which was very easy to use. My only complaint was that the food was about 10 minutes later then they stated when it was to be ready. But it wasn't terrible by any means. The food was delicious, to say the least. It's one of the best Philly subs I have ever eaten. Very filling subs and the bread was amazingly fresh. We certainly will be back when we visit again
