Extremely long wait. Steak was disgusting and way overcooked. My wife ordered the Honey Salmon Bowl (pictured), and first they brought her the wrong salmon meal. The manager was rude when I asked why we were charged for the wrong meal that we asked to send back and at first didn’t want to take it off the check.
The salmon bowl had ingredients missing that were mentioned on the menu, and some ingredients added that were not on the menu. The lettuce was hot and very saucy and frankly, disgusting. Compare the pictures above. Took 2 hours to get out of the restaurant finally. At least our waiter was nice

My husband and I gave Ruby's another shot a couple months ago. New management we heard. We were pleased with the initial visit. Food was hot, service was prompt. New kind, employees.
Well the last two visits, not so much.
Last week, not so good, and we chalked it up to a bad night. We all have them.
Tonight, everything was an absolute train wreck. One waitress attempting to serve 14 tables. One bartender expressing how tired she was, because she had been there since 10:30. One manger on duty, I'm not so sure what she was doing besides sliding her card to remove items off tickets, for her many dissatisfied customers that were just disgusted and leaving. Customers ordered steaks for their evening out, only to be told 15 minutes after they ordered, sorry our steaks are frozen? Unbelievable! Yes they walked out. Another couple, ordered pasta and a burger, and waited longer than we did, you probably guessed it, they waited so long, they wanted that famous key swipe to leave. Customer stopped in to pick up an online order, no one addressed them, they finally asked that special manger, and she says, we will be with you shortly. Shortly was another ten minute wait. Ugh! Finally bartender got their order, I suggested they better check it, low and behold they were short a meal, and had to wait again. Yes, they left very dissatisfied. I order soup and salad, simple huh, the manger served me that soup, that looked regurgitated. She had even attempted stirring with a spoon, and served that crap to me with that special ice tea spoon still in the bowl. My husband ordered, grilled shrimp with two sides, he received those two sides, but never received the shrimp to complete his dinner. We were done, and you guessed it, the manager had to come and swipe that card.
Not once, did she ever attempt an apology to either customer.
As we were paying, bartender expressed, help was sent home. Sadly the cost of those employees, would have salvaged a ton unhappy customers, and spared some food from the garbage. Maybe they could have gotten some steaks out of that freezer, waited some tables.Wrapped some utensils, prepared for a busy Friday evening that you weren't staffed to handle. Sadly we won't be back anytime soon.
